Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

CEC FC Purple Team

The registration cost for this league is nonrefundable.

Competitive/Spring Season

As a nonprofit organization, CEC FC incurs costs prior to each season based on player registrations. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows: Full Refund: Requests made before the registration deadline will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. 50% Refund: Requests made after the registration deadline but before team formation are eligible for a 50% refund. No Refund: Once teams are formed, no refunds will be issued, except for documented medical reasons or relocation out of the area. Uniform costs, website processing/credit card fees, and late fees are non-refundable.

Fall Frost League

Please Note: Once registration for the Frost League closes, all registrations are final. No refunds will be issued unless a player cannot be placed on a team.
